Throws Camp Series

Panther Track Camps presents its Throws Camp Series. This series of 8 camps will provide an opportunity for high school student-athletes to receive direct coaching from UNI throws coach Noah Castle. Campers will also have opportunities to work with current UNI throwers to develop a fuller understanding of what it takes to be a successful Division 1 student-athlete.

Each session will feature in-depth technical instruction, mental skills training, and insights into the latest training techniques. All sessions will feature shot put and discus. Campers can register for all sessions or individual sessions.

TheThrows Camp Series is open to all coaches.

Campers responsible for bringing their own implements.
