Sprints and Hurdles Summer Series
This commuter camp will focus on the fundamentals and techniques necessary to learn and enjoy the sprint / hurdle events of track & field at the beginner to advanced level of youth track & field. These fundamentals will be taught through fun and competitive drills and games. Campers will be divided by age or event groups.
