Throws Camps

This camp will provide an opportunity for high school student-athletes to receive direct coaching from UNI throws coach Noah Castle. Campers will also have opportunities to work with current UNI throwers to develop a fuller understanding of what it takes to be a successful Division 1 student-athlete.

Each camp will feature in-depth technical instruction, mental skills training, and insights into the latest training techniques. The camp will feature shot put and discus.

The Throws Camp Series is open to all coaches.

Campers responsible for bringing their own implements.
